Welcome to the Troop 514 Web Site.  You are in the "PUBLIC" site portion of our site, which is uncontrolled and can be seen by anyone on the Internet.  Most of our 'good stuff' is located in the "PRIVATE" portion of the site, where Scouts and Parents can get access using their email address and login password, provided by the Troop's Web Site Administrator.

Troop 514 tries to head out at least one time per month.  We typically attend the Spring, Fall and Winter Camporee.  We go to Summer Camp for one week during the Summer (usually to Ransburg Scout Reservation, in Bloomington, IN).  The other months of the year, we usually head out on Friday afternoon and return on Sunday morning or afternoon. 

We have gone to placed like St. Louis, Gettysburg, Fort Knox, Dayton, OH (Air Force Museum), skiing at Perfect North Slopes and many of the area Scout Camps and other venues.

Our older Scouts also occasionally go on "High Adventure" outings to places like Boundry Waters, Philmont, Seabase, and Summit-Bechel Reserve.
